Reiki is a form of energy healing originating from Japan and channelled by founder, Mikao Usui. The word Reiki is made up of Rei - meaning the Higher Power, and Ki - meaning life force energy. Therefore we could think of it as life force energy guided by the higher power. It is simply a flow of earthy healing energy that works on your mind, body and spirit. It’s simple, natural and feels amazing.

Ashati energy was channelled by Gerome Baudel, founder of the Ashati Institute. It is completely different to Reiki in that it focuses on "consciousness", its emotions, thoughts, beliefs, higher senses, development, expansion and reconnection to higher levels. This energy feels much lighter than Reiki and works more on emotional and mental clearing.
