What does hypnosis feel like?
That will be different for everyone to a degree. It’s usually not what you expect. There are many levels of hypnosis. People generally describe the feeling of hypnosis as being in a calm, relaxed state of focused awareness. You may feel a curiosity, a floating/ drifting sensation, or a heaviness in your muscles like you would feel if sleeping. It really depends on you. It is generally a very positive experience. Don’t expect to feel ‘hypnotised.’ Do expect to feel relaxed.

Can anybody be hypnotised?
Most people can. It’s a very small percentage who have difficulty going into hypnosis during hypnotherapy.
Everyone goes into hypnosis at least twice a day. Just before sleep, and just after waking. However, some people should not be hypnotised. Some conditions exclude a person from safely undergoing hypnotherapy, or will require consultation with their doctor to obtain approval prior to undergoing hypnosis.

CAN YOU MAKE ME BARK LIKE A DOG?
Do you want to bark like a dog? If you do, then, yes. But if not, then no.
I cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do. The goal of the session is to give you exactly what you want in terms of beliefs/ behavioural patterns/ thought patterns changing. When your thoughts change, your behaviours change, and your outcomes will surely follow.
HOW DOES REMOTE ENERGY HEALING WORK?
Perfectly, is the short answer. But here’s the longer answer. Everything is energy and each particle in our universe is entangled with the larger whole. Therefore, we are all connected. DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE WHICH ENERGY I WANT TO RECEIVE?
Not at all. Your body and energetic field will do that for you. Prior to your session, the energetic space will be cleared and grounded, as will your healer. You will be surrounded in protection and your guidance team, including your higher self, will be called in. All you have to do is relax and be open to receive.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
With hypnotherapy, that depends on what you’re working through and how well you follow the guidelines set out for your treatment. Most people only require between one and three hypnosis sessions of 1 to 2 hours duration. Some things are more complex and may need a few extra sessions. You may receive a recording to support the subconscious changes you are making.
Energy healing can occur on a regular basis. It’s a good idea to maintain all the good work you’re doing clearing things out by ensuring you eat a nutritious diet, exercise regularly, meditate, and have a regular sleep schedule.
IS IT SAFE TO DO HYPNOTHERAPY VIA TELEHEALTH?
Yes, absolutely. Hypnotherapy is just as effective via an online platform as it is in person. The difference being, the therapist will use different techniques to ensure that you’re in hypnosis rather than lifting your arm, for example. As long as you follow the hypnotherapist’s directions, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits of therapy. If at any time the connection drops out, everything will go quiet and you will naturally wake up. The therapist will also give you a follow up call. You cannot stay in a hypnotic state without someone there guiding you through it.
HOW EFFECTIVE IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Studies have shown hypnotherapy to be very effective with success rates of 77% up to 93% in many areas such as addiction, non-cardiac chest pain, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, and phobias. In addition, people often do not require nearly as many sessions with a combination of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy as they do with say, CBT alone. And it can be a great deal more enjoyable and relaxing.
